Cooking has always been a joy, a chance to experiment, try new things, and discover how they turn out—especially how they taste. In September 2016 I took my first serious steps on the path to becoming a cook by starting a cooking course. The follow-up course began in February 2017, and I continued with the advanced classes through January 2018. The name "Kuiranto" comes from Esperanto and means "the one who cooks," while "kuiristo" is the Esperanto word for "cook." On this website, the journey continues, sharing the steps taken so far and all the new ones still to come.
