Aioli (4 pers.)

6 tablespoons of mayonaise

2 cloves of garlic knoflook

rasp of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons extra vergine olibe oil

2 teaspoons of mustard

Little bit of tabasco

Salt

Pepper

Squeeze the garlic and grate the lemon with a fine grater.

Mix the mayonnaise with garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, mustard and Tabasco and season with salt and pepper.

Taste the aioli and determine if you need to add additional salt and pepper.
